Training Sessions

We are resuming hosting training courses for our Bail-O-Matics at our faWe will again be hosting training courses for our 1 Gallon Bail-O-Matics at our facility in New Jersey for the 2025 year. We will be hosting three (3) two-day courses throughout the year for mechanics to learn the operation, maintenance, and functionality of our Bail-O-Matics. The dates for the class are:

• Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12
• Tuesday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 11
• Tuesday, October 21 and Wednesday, October 22

The cost for the two day class is $886.00/person and includes lunch.

The class will cover safety, operation, adjustment, care, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

The two day class will also provide an in-depth understanding of the bailer’s five basics:

• Wire drive, straightness, length setup
• Wire forming setup
• Conveyor setup
• Chain, clutch, brake setup
• Lubrication and cleaning
