SERVICE TECHNICIAN
HEISLER requires a self-motivated technician with 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical controls trouble shooting of diverse packaging and production type machinery.
Must have mechanical proficiency, and knowledge in PLC machine control logic. Bilingual a plus. Heavy domestic travel required, some international travel expected.

MACHINE Shop Foreman
HEISLER requires a hands-on machine shop foreman with 10+ years’ machining experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, to lead our CNC and manual machining team. Programming in Mastercam is a requirement.
Must have proficiency in CNC mills and lathes, blueprint reading and GD&T, and scheduling shop workload to meet production deadlines. Responsible for quality, safety, and training of machinists. ERP experience a plus.

ELECTRICAL/CONTROLS ENGINEER
HEISLER requires a self-motivated electrical/controls engineer with 3-5+ years’ experience designing and programming control systems for packaging and production type machinery.
Must have proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred), HMI development, servo/VFD setup, and electrical schematic design. Robotics experience a plus. Some travel potentially required for customer installations and start-ups.
