Makes sure the lid is properly and securely seated on pails. If the checker detects a problem it can either provide a signal to notify the operator and/or the line can be shut down until cleared, or it automatically rejects the container.

This machine will read a barcode, part of a label, bail or some other distinctive witness mark and orient the container to a present location at speeds up to 25 per minute. This location is adjustable from 1 degree to 360 degrees. Typical applications are bail orientation prior to palletizing or prior to labeling. The Orientor is designed to mount on your line shaft conveyor.
