PALLETIZERS

HEISLER’s compact Palletizers are designed to automatically palletize containers of various sizes, including:

• Cases   • Crates   • Shipping Containers   • Kegs
• Pails    • Totes    • Bread Trays   • Drums

Pails and/or cases are conveyed to the upstacker where they are column stacked from the bottom and pushed onto the loading platform. Pallets are fed from the bottom of the hopper to beneath the loading platform where a row of stacked pails and/or cases is then transferred onto the pallet. The pallet is then moved to the next position and the process is repeated until the pallet pattern is complete.

The Pail and Case/Tray Palletizer, with its heavy-duty capability and adjustable features, offers flexibility and productive power in palletizing operations. Designed for quick maintenance and easy access to all parts, this compact machine operates in less than 68 square feet of floor space. Please give us a call to discuss your particular needs.

Case/Pail Palletizing System

The HEISLER Case/Pail Palletizing system offers pallet pattern changes and size parameters that can easily be adjusted to handle a variety of containers, from plastic pails to corrugated cases, eliminating the need for costly equipment duplication.

The Large Container Palletizer is designed to gently handle large volume containers. Using only 72 square feet of floor space, this machine needs no excavation or special foundation.

Containers are fed along a powered chain driven live roller infeed conveyor to a pusher which then moves the drums onto the loading platform. A pallet is fed from the bottom of the hopper to beneath the loading platform where a row of drums, which have been formed , are then transferred onto the pallet. The pallet is then moved to the next position and the process is repeated until the pallet pattern is complete.

Large Container Palletizing System

While used mainly for palletizing 55 gallon drums at speeds of up to 6 drums per minute, the machine can be configured to accept kegs, large shipping containers, crates, and bread trays.
