Sturdy label applicator with extra thick mounting plate
Optical label gap sensor
Stepper motor technology to feed label stock
Operator interface display
Nine products (100 optional) memory selection for label location on container
Label height adjustment
Machine can also run boxes with no change parts
PLC control
Speeds up to 50 cpm
Optional bottle handle orientation device can be added to place the label in reference to the handle
Adjustable frequency drives are used to control the machine motors, allowing it to be set for any line speed or used off line
