The HEISLER 71,000 Series Labeler is designed to easily and automatically apply labels to small containers.
- Labels ½ pint to 1 gallon round, straight walled, plastic or metal containers
- Can be configured with either a Horizontal Label Magazine (HLM) to pick, index, and feed paper labels for wet glue and/or with a pressure sensitive label applicator.
- Quick change between different size containers
- Uncomplicated design allows for ease of basic service, maintenance, and adjustments
- PLC control
- Speeds up to 25 cpm
- Explosion proof and washdown package available
- Bar code verification to ensure proper label detection or placement is available
- Thermal printer for print & apply labeling available
