Container Denester Machine

The HEISLER Denester operates by having stacks of containers placed on an infeed conveyor. Each stack is delivered to the titler arm, which converts it from the vertical to the horizontal position. The stack then advances to the separator mechanism, which holds the stack and removes one container at a time.

Each separated container is fed to the upender, which transfers the container to an upright position. The entire system continues to operate even as new stacks of containers are loaded.

All the machines listed below can be equipped with quick change tooling to run different pails. There are many options available. Please give us a call to discuss your particular needs.

Small Container Denester

This machine will denest and position tapered plastic or metal containers, 1 gallon or smaller, at speeds up to 40 containers per minute.

Standard Denester

This machine can handle 1-7.5 gallon plastic or metal containers at speeds up to 40 containers per minute.
